6. Estate Agents & Professional Users

Estate agents, developers and other professional users confirm that they have authority from the property owner or their client to advertise the property and submit any associated photographs, floorplans, logos, videos or other material.

Professional users remain responsible for ensuring that all information supplied is accurate and authorised.

7. Promotional Use of Listings

By uploading any listing or content to CribWanted.com, including photographs, videos, descriptions, floorplans, logos or other material, you grant CribWanted.com a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, display, publish and promote that content for the purpose of:

advertising the listing;
promoting CribWanted.com;
featured property articles;
market reports;
newsletters;
blogs;
editorials;
social media;
digital advertising;
promotional videos;
future marketing campaigns.

Ownership of all uploaded content remains with the original owner or rights holder.

Where reasonably practical, CribWanted.com may credit the estate agent, advertiser or content owner when featuring a property.

Selection is entirely at our discretion.

Inclusion in any editorial or promotional feature does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation or guarantee by CribWanted.com.

9. Right to Edit or Remove Listings

CribWanted.com reserves the right, at any time and without notice, to:

refuse publication;
suspend listings;
remove listings;
edit listings;
remove user accounts;

where we believe content:

is inaccurate;
misleading;
fraudulent;
unlawful;
offensive;
infringes copyright;
infringes another person’s rights;
may expose CribWanted.com to legal or reputational risk.

We may also crop, resize, optimise or otherwise improve the presentation of uploaded photographs provided the overall representation of the property is not materially misleading.

10. Fees & Refunds

Where paid services are introduced, pricing will be clearly displayed before purchase.

No refund will normally be given where a listing is removed because it breaches these Terms or applicable law.

11. Accounts & Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account details and password.

CribWanted.com may suspend or terminate any account where misuse, fraud or breach of these Terms is suspected.

12. Property Transactions

CribWanted.com is not a party to any sale, purchase, letting, lease, licence or other property transaction.
