3. Listing period
Unless otherwise stated, all listings remain live for 30 days from the date they are approved or published. We may remove, suspend, renew, or amend listings at our discretion.

6. No refunds in certain cases
Where a listing is removed because it is unlawful, inappropriate, misleading, fraudulent, in breach of these Terms, or likely to expose Cribwanted.com to complaint or legal action, no refund will be given.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cribwanted.com excludes all liability for any loss, damage, cost, claim, or expense arising from:

- Contact between users
- Property transactions, negotiations, rentals, sales, leases, or shares
- Reliance placed on any material published on the site
- Removal, expiry, suspension, or non-publication of any listing
8. Accounts and security
